Job 1: Commercial Dishwasher (Meiko U500) Brand new, still in crate Hot/cold water inlets and drain outlet already exist at the install location Connect water supply and waste only, no new pipe runs expected Job 2: Gas Cooktop (Waldorf RN8600GF-LS) Brand new, still in box Gas line with multiple isolation valves already runs along the wall (see photos) Cooktop is smaller than the previous tenant's setup, so some existing gas points may need to be capped off Connect cooktop to gas supply, pressure test, and certify Also required: Unpack both items from crate/box Remove and take away all packaging (cardboard, timber crate, plastic wrap) Requirements: Must hold a current NSW plumbing licence with gasfitting endorsement Must provide compliance certificate for gas work Photos of the equipment and existing connections attached.
