LG top loader washing machine, no agitation during wash

LG top-load washing machine (model WTG9020V, 9kg, Smart Inverter direct drive) needs repair. Fault: during the WASH cycle the wash plate/agitator doesn't move at all — water fills normally and I can hear relays clicking, but no agitation. During RINSE/SPIN it works fine and spins normally. So the motor, control board and spin function are all healthy — the problem is isolated to the agitation drive. Most likely the wash plate coupling / drive block is stripped, or the shift actuator is stuck in spin mode. Looking for an experienced appliance technician to diagnose and fix. Please source the wash plate coupling and/or shift actuator for this model beforehand so it can be done in one visit if possible.

Bosch Series 8 Front loader washing machine - WAW28460AU/24 Issues with the main touch panel. The start / stop button is often unresponsive, it will just flash. Then after a few mins the machine will start by itself, but during the cycle may just stop again. All other buttons appear to be working fine, just the start/stop having the issue.
Checked for the correct model before coming and had the spare part ready to go. Fixed in 30 mins after arriving.
