Top loader 2 year old washing machine is making a loud humming sound on spin cycle without spinning; and water is not draining. I assume it is a pump issue. I required a handy man to diagnose the actual issue, move the washing machine to fix said issue, and buy the appropriate parts (which we be reimbursed).
