Got a fisher paykel only 2 years old 5kg series 3 vented dryer, no warranty but, lights turn on but just dosent function.

I have Fisher and Pykel dryer that suddenly is not functioning. The power turns on but the dryer itself won’t start. It is quite new, came with the apartment that I bought in 2022. Top loader 2 year old washing machine is making a loud humming sound on spin cycle without spinning; and water is not draining. I assume it is a pump issue. I required a handy man to diagnose the actual issue, move the washing machine to fix said issue, and buy the appropriate parts (which we be reimbursed).
