Install new range-hood. 90 cm retractable range-hood to be installed in existing space. I have already removed old range-hood. Photo is of old rangehood when it was installed. The model simply screws into the cabinet, I cant do it by myself as someone needs to hold it in place whilst the duct is fitted and it’s screwed in. Remove oven from property in Shenton Park and swap it with a property in Leederville. Ovens are same make (different models) but identical specifications, so simply "Plug & Play".... Budget is TBC - amount in budget is purely notional

Existing oven is being disposed of, and is currently hard wired. Need a GPO added to end of existing feed as new oven has a plug in cable.

We have a fridge freezer with the freezer on the bottom. It has been regularly leaking water onto the floor around the freezer door which leads me to think the freezer door seal needs replacing. Let me know if you think it is something else. If it is the seal, we need it replaced. Photos attached.

Must be experienced at laying reticulation. Install reticulation in a 9m x 7m lawn. Lawn was laid yesterday so easy to lift up - I ran out of time to install reticulation first.
