The existing round hole is a bit too small for the new vent’s spigot, so you’ll need to carefully enlarge the brick opening (just a few millimetres). I’ve already removed the old vent and have the new vent, wall plugs and screws ready to go. The job involves: * Enlarging the existing circular hole in the brickwork so the new vent fits snugly * Sliding the vent’s spigot into the duct and securing the duct * Mounting the vent flange to the wall using masonry screws and plugs * Sealing the duct connection with foil tape and finishing with exterior silicone for a weather‑tight seal * Cleaning up afterwards Materials: I will provide the vent, plugs and screws; please bring foil tape and any tools needed to enlarge the hole (e.g. masonry drill, chisel, grinder) and finish the job. Experience with brickwork and vent installations preferred.

I need an experienced installer to remove an existing integrated dishwasher and install a new Bosch fully integrated dishwasher. The water pump to an internal water feature has stopped working. I have purchased a new pump which I need fitted. This will also require removal and reinstallation of a new electrical plug to the water pump.
