We’re looking to have a new aircon unit installed in our spare room. Flexible with timeframe, but should be done before mid-November. There is ample wall real estate to mount to and can go on one of two walls, pending which makes more sense for the routing of drainage/cabling etc Photos are of the walls where I think install should/could go. Room is small and not used often, so unit does not need to be large.

We need three ceiling fans cleaned, two exhaust fans in our bathrooms as well as an oven and range hood clean. If you can do both or only half, let me know
