Gas Leak Inspection & Fix – Outdoor Appliance (Bought from Bunnings) Hi, my father recently purchased a discounted display model gas appliance from Bunnings. After installation, we’ve noticed a gas smell whenever the valve is turned on—so it’s clearly leaking from somewhere. We’re looking for a licensed plumber or gas fitter to inspect the connection, identify the source of the leak, and fix it. It should be a straightforward and quick job for the right person. Please note - the appliance works and we cook on this - we’re not talking about massive loud gas leak, but one can tell by the smell after 10 minutes that it’s leaking ever so slightly Please let us know your availability and qualifications and steps how to fix this. Need pretty much all of the tread mounting brackets replaced on set of outdoor stairs at home. Need someone to supply the brackets + new mounting bolts, remove the old ones, weld new brackets in place and reattach existing treads. You could also replace the stringers completely instead if that’s cheaper, but suspect cheaper to do brackets - make an offer See pics for step details. 10 treads total so 20 brackets.
