My heat pump dryer is two years old it turns on but doesn’t spin

I've purchased a new gas cooktop and have it ready for installation into our kitchen replacing the old one however need someone who is licensed to refit the gas connection as able to cut the laminate / plaster/wood benchtop wider first. See photos of the old and new benchtop. Additional service (not necessary) is to help install a new rangehood above the cook top replacing the old. Happy to jump on call and chat though gas fitting locense required for this task. Thanks.

Cut the pipe and cap the gas Point. The point could be exposed on wall and don't need to completely disconnect. Just Cut, Cap and that's it

Hi - Hoping to get some help replacing a small rangehood. Also the bottom oven isn't working (Top oven works fine). Hoping to get help investigating why. I'm new to Air tasker so have just put a best estimate on budget. I will purchase the rangehood so it's just replacement. Thanks for considering the job.
