Hi there, I’m looking for a licensed gas fitter to install a relocated Nectre Grand GL650 gas log fire and flue kit in my home. There is already a gas heater in the fireplace, so the gas point is in place. The task is a replacement installation, with unit and flue kit to be fitted in the existing cavity. A builder will complete all framing and finishing around the unit after the install. What’s On Site: • Gas point already installed • Existing heater in place (to be removed) • Relocated Nectre Grand GL650 unit ready • Flue kit supplied • Fireplace cavity access • Single-storey home What’s Required: • Disconnect/remove existing gas heater • Install Nectre Grand GL650 & flue • Test and certify installation • Must be licensed and able to issue a gas compliance certificate • Must have own tools and appropriate insurance ⸻ Location: Newtown 3220 Flexible on install date (ideally within next 3-4weeks)
