Washing machine has stopped draining, have tried turn on and off at the power point however no luck

Simpson 5.5kg EZI set Top Loader Washing Machine has stopped turning on (Power Point confirmed working).

We have an integrated dishwasher that needs to be unscrewed and removed. Then a new dishwasher installed (not integrated). Job needs to be done carefully so as to not damage the other joinery around. Would like the broken dishwasher either removed or moved up into our garage.

1. Disconnect and dispose of existing washer and dryer 2. Pick up new washing machine and dryer (pick-up address is only a few streets over) 3. Deliver and connect new washing machine and dryer Job notes: > you will need to go up/down 1 flight of stairs at our address > job will require two strong people > previous home owner has fed the machine hose through the back of the wall and connected it to the kitchen sink. I can’t see how we would change the hose so I need someone handy enough to figure out how to make do with the existing hose. See pictures. > we have new timber floors - really important the AirTasker is careful not to cause any damage, even better if they’re insured
