1. Install block out roller blind to small window 1200 x 1200 2. Replace several light globes. One is within a ceiling fan fitment and the others are just downlights (but I would like to replace the old halogen ones with new LED if possible) 3. Repair (or replace) door handle in hall as it takes a lot of force to open
