Looking at getting four of the following ceiling fans installed on the second storey of my house. https://www.bunnings.com.au/arlec-130cm-white-4-blade-grid-connect-madrid-abs-smart-ceiling-fan-with-light_p0104210 All lights have a roof joist right next to them (see pics). Can feel it and see it when I pop the downlight out. Looking at getting it done on the third of November, the only time that the house will be free for the day to turn the power off. Let me know if any other information is needed.
