My Samsung front-load washing machine is making very loud noises and vibrating heavily during the spin cycle. I thought it might be due to a loose connection, but I have checked the drainage hose and it appears to be connected properly. There is also a small tear in the front-load door rubber seal, which is causing a few drops of water to leak during use. Would you be able to have a look and advise whether this can be repaired? One of the burners (the central one) is not functioning normally. Gas flows to the burner, and it can be lit manually with a lighter. But the flame does not stay. As soon as the control knob is released, the flame goes out. All other burners work fine.
