My samsung fridge has constant issues with ice build up. Model is srf680cdls Freezer section works fine the problem is with the fridge section. I stopped using the ice maker due to constant trouble and repairs. I reviewed some videos and apparently it could be a sealing issue. I need a professional technician to asses and fix this issue permanently so i dont have this constant issues. Currently the fridge section is not cooling properly

Ducted heater at my single-story house - Brivis CC320 - has stopped working. - When I set the temperature on the thermostat, I hear the clicking sound confirming the thermostat is working okay. But the heating unit in the roof is not starting up. - To reset the heating unit in the roof, I turned off the electricity mains for a few minutes, and when I turned it back on, I could hear a flame-like sound coming from the unit in the roof, but it stopped after about a minute but the fan didn't start in the unit.
