I need a quote for installing the Fan-only operation mode on a Brivis gas heater. It doesn’t work and I’m unsure if it was ever installed by the builder. The fan operates normally in gas heating mode but not in Fan-only mode. Look at attached photo. I’m based in Mernda.

My Samsung front-load washing machine is making very loud noises and vibrating heavily during the spin cycle. I thought it might be due to a loose connection, but I have checked the drainage hose and it appears to be connected properly. There is also a small tear in the front-load door rubber seal, which is causing a few drops of water to leak during use. Would you be able to have a look and advise whether this can be repaired? The Technika brand kitchen exhaust fan is making noise,

LG ThinQ 9kg washing machine and dryer. 3 years old. Washing machine- pauses before cycle completing, displaying “OE.” Dryer- Doesn’t dry clothes, still damp. Air semi warm but maybe sensor not working? Lint filter cleaned and water tank emptied.

Need help to fix the range-hood filters to be refitted to the exhaust as well as the lights. Can supply photo for reference. Thank you.

One of the burners (the central one) is not functioning normally. Gas flows to the burner, and it can be lit manually with a lighter. But the flame does not stay. As soon as the control knob is released, the flame goes out. All other burners work fine.

Breville Bambino Plus espresso machine – repair needed Machine runs normally for hot water and espresso, but cleaning/backflush cycle fails. When using the cleaning disc (backpressure), the cleaning cycle aborts after ~30–60 seconds and water leaks between the drip tray and the machine. Hot water runs fine with no leaks, so issue only occurs under backpressure. Likely faulty 3-way solenoid / pressure relief valve or internal drain path. Looking for someone experienced with coffee machine repairs (Breville) to diagnose and repair. Machine is on bench, easy access.
