Our Westinghouse dishwasher comes up with F5 when turned on

We'd like a dishwasher installing. There is no dishwasher there at the moment so we'd need the plumbing and the cabinets / draws modified for this The draws to the right of the sink (shown in pictures) is where we need it to go. These draws are 72cm wide so some sort of facia would need to need to be done too. I have no idea what this sort of thing would cost so please make your best offer for the whole job (excluding cost of the dishwasher) Thanks 😊
