Dishwasher water not draining. Need to check and fix it.

I’m looking for a qualified appliance technician to inspect and repair my Smeg gas cooktop (model CIR93AXS3). Issue details: • The largest burner ignites normally. • However, when releasing the knob (even after holding it down for an extended period), the flame goes out. • A “click” sound can be heard from beneath the knob at the moment it shuts off. • This mainly happens during the first use of the day (cold start). • After multiple re-ignitions, the burner tends to stay lit. • The flame fully reaches the thermocouple. Based on preliminary research, it may be a failing thermocouple or possibly the gas safety valve. I’m seeking someone experienced with gas cooktops (preferably Smeg) to diagnose and replace the faulty component if required.

The washing machine is making a humming sound, but the water is not draining out via the hose.

Need an electrician to install a new oven , the oven has a plug, need to connect to a 10A Power point, so the job is: add a new 10A power point on the wall; add a new cable to connect to the switch board ( the switch board is near the cabinet) ; add a breaker for oven. Pls offer total cost include materials. Can pay in cash

Need gas cook top to be changed over with like for like. Including Cert.

Add 2 sockets include one for a small oven (max 2000KW), one for ranghood. Can use existing wire under the benchtop for old oven (old oven has been removed)

Oven is already installed and functional. Surrounding cabinetry is in place. Open cavity currently used for storage (see image).

Disconnect my oven ready to move to next home

Needing security cameras installed. We're a commercial building on Magill Rd. and have 3 security cameras that we would like to install to our premise, mainly monitoring the entrances. Please see photos supplied for specific product and installation locations. To be installed to the ceiling. The ceiling is quite high at maybe 4-5 meters. Looking for someone with experience in security camera installations. Free to come for inspections during business hours only (9AM - 5PM).

Washing Machine and hoses are in place but needs to be connected

My gas stove top has stopped working. I have purchased a new one so am looking for a gas plumber to remove and dispose of the old stove top and install the new one. I have made sure I purchased one with the exact same cut out measurements as the existing stove top.
