I got Kennedy to service my gas heater which turned from 1 hour job to 3 hours and he ended up having to buy new parts even though he tried so hard to get it working properly on the day. He then ordered the parts and came back today and spent another 2 hours to get everything working again without asking for extra. Super nice guy who would go above and beyond. Can't recommend Kennedy highly enough

There is a rattling noise coming out from the behind the air inlet from our investigation. Checked all the filters and we have not found a foreign object causing this so thinking it is an internal issue. Need licensed technician to resolve this. Hi, I need to install washing machine in the laundry. The hot and cold water supply valves each have a round metal cap screwed onto the threaded connection where the hoses are supposed to attach. I need someone to remove those metal caps and then securely connect the washing machine hoses to the correct hot and cold valve. If anyone with the tools and know how can give us a hand, that would be great.
