I just got a new washing machine and when I’m trying to fit the cold water pipe plug into the tap it’s not getting tighten because the tap is too close to the wall. The tap has to be loosens up like 1-2 circles so it gets bit away from the wall. Note: I have easily tightened the hot water plug. It just that the tap needs to loosen up a bit so it moves away from the wall so the white plug can rotate to tighten.
