Set up Kogan washing machine

We live in Heirloom Apartments in Queen Victoria St. our new dishwasher has been delivered. We need drawers removed in kitchen to replace with the new dishwasher. I have added photos. The plug and pipes are in the cupboard next to the drawers that need removing. I understand this space was set up for owners to add a dishwasher as they want. The previous owner was the original owner and never did. Please ask if you need anymore info. Thanks
