Keep draining not filling up water

I ran the dishwasher on the “Intensive 65°C” cycle, but the dishes didn’t come out clean, and there was a large amount of water left inside the machine after the cycle finished. Now, although the indicator lights are on, the machine is not responding to any button presses or starting a new cycle. And the water at the bottom is still not draining.

Our dishwasher water tap is not pushing the water, lever seems to be faulty

Our washing is broken, we have purchased a replacement, but because of an injury we need help moving the old one out, install ing the new one, then removing the old machine from the premises.
