I need to locate the POE cable or run a new cable for security cameras system and install cameras on the wall, after discovering the previous owner had a UniFi system. The Situation: I have a new Swann NVR and cameras. The old NVR and POE switch was removed. The NBN modem is in the garage, but the previous owner's equipment (UniFi Dream Machine Pro and the new NVR location) was in a room inside the house. I found a UniFi U7 Pro access point installed on the ceiling, confirming structured wiring exists. I can see the camera cables at the mount points, but I cannot locate where the other ends terminate (likely at the old UniFi location). My new Swann NVR in the house cannot connect to the internet as the link back to the garage router is missing or not active.

Builder built the laundry space too tight so my washer and dryer cannot be fitted into the space. Need to remove the current cabinet and sink. That should create enough space to fit the washer in. Also need help installing the washer (Samsung bespoke washing machine) and dryer (also Samsung bespoke dryer have a match stacking kit).

We are replacing our gas stove to electric. Need to connect the electric white stove. Required direct power connection from the electric box. We had a gas stove here which we need to replace it with electric stove. The model number is attached in the photos. It’s single story shed, no man hole and colourbond roof. Wiring will need to be done externally as no man hole. Sub meter to to stove is around 15 meter. Shed already has electricity. See attached sub meter. I have also attached a rough floor plan. We have existing electric stove and need to install a new stove in the second kitchen.

Hi there I’m looking to install a dishwasher most probably into the laundry, my landlord had beautiful new marble bench tops installed in the kitchen and it does not have a space cut out for a dishwasher.
