Disconnect old gas heater. Cap gas line. No need to remove old heater. Further clarification: the gas would need to be disconnected under the house as I'd like to use the fireplace in future. The mains gas goes under the house which has access as seen in the photos.

Screen door hinge attachment needs refitting and refurbishing and fridge cubicle needs widening to allow fridge to fit in; that’s by about 1-2 inches

We have a small pool with a gas heater. The heater is functioning, but the gas isn't "kicking in" when it is activated. The heater is an Astral Pool ICI Gas Pool Heater. I can provide the manual if required! The heater is in a tricky spot, but we can provide ladders etc.

My neighbours upstairs and to the left of my flat smoke indoors, and even though we live in an older (1960s-70s) brick building with no shared ventilation/HVAC, for the past month the stink of cigarettes has been making its way into my apartment. It's not coming through the windows, nor the kitchen exhaust.
