House, easy street parking. Need licensed gas fitter plumber. 2 * gas heating female floor sockets, not used for years, want to have them disconnected & removed, along with all under-house gas pipes that were for previous gas heating purposes. Don’t want obsolete pipes, want them completely removed back to where they start. Gas hot water unit at the back of the house is not working, just want it disconnected.

My Breville Dual Boiler coffee machine isn’t producing any steam out of the steam wand. Everything else works fine. I have cleaned the steam tip holes so there isn’t any blockages. I suspect it is a broken o-ring inside the machine that is leaking or causing pressure issues. When I turn the knob for the steam, no steam comes out anymore. Can’t run descaling process either as the machine short-circuits, so there probably is an internal leak. Looking for a fix for this issue.

Replacing a Smeg rangehood. The power and exhaust is already in place. Need to drill 4 10mm holes in ceasarstone to hang the rangehood. Also, to measure the placement of the rangehood so it fits nicely with the top of the bulk head.
