Our rangehood exhaust fans has stopped working. So, we need a licensed repairer to look at it and repair it. We are renting the house, therefore, we need someone licensed and professional to do work without causing any damage. And must have insurance to cover any damage caused in the work. When we press the rangehood exhaust fan button then it lights up red as usual but the exhaust fans don't work. The light bulb under the rangehood is also fused and needs replacement. This is an old house. Therefore, the brand name is not visible anymore. But I am attaching some photos. Also the cap of one of the gas stove burner is slightly damage resulting in some irregularities in gas distribution. Probably needs cap replacement. Again brand name is not visible anymore. But attaching photos. Prefer work to be done on a weekday morning 7 to 9 am. Mon, Tue, Wed or Fri or anytime on Sat or Sun. But please no work on Thursday.

The Fisher & Paykel washing machine makes a very loud noise during the spin cycle. Even when I select the Drum Clean cycle (with no clothes inside), there is still quite a loud noise during the spin cycle. I’ve already checked the filter and didn’t find any foreign objects. This washing machine was bought about 4 years ago. The quote includes the onsite inspection fee and minor repairs. If any major parts need to be replaced, I understand that the cost of those parts will be charged additionally.
