Hi, I am looking for a licensed professional for a few plumbing and gas tasks in St Clair. I have several issues and would like them all addressed in one visit. The Tasks:     1    Gas Conversion (Natural Gas to LPG):     ◦    I need my cooktop converted to run on a "Swap & Go" LPG bottle.     ◦    IMG_1895.jpg shows the current Natural Gas regulator that needs to be replaced with an LPG regulator and hose.     ◦    This will require changing the burner jets/injectors to LPG and adjusting the settings. (Please let me know if you can supply the parts).     2    Toilet Base Issue:     ◦    Behind the toilet, there is "white mushroom-like" growth and some moisture on the floor (see IMG_1898.jpg).     ◦    I need someone to find out why this is happening, fix the leak, and clean/seal the area.     3    Leaking Taps & Valves:     ◦    I have two leaking taps (one kitchen, one bathroom).     ◦    IMG_1897.jpg and IMG_1896.jpg show some corrosion on a valve and a braided hose under the sink that need attention. Requirements:     •    Must be a Licensed Plumber and Gas Fitter.     •    Provide a Certificate of Compliance for the gas work.     •    Please provide a quote for labor. We need to remove the existing rangehood and install a Westinghouse 60cm Slideout Rangehood WRR604SB. As this is a slide-out model, could you please confirm whether it is suitable for installation in the current setup? Also, please let me know if you’re able to carry out the installation.

We have 4 security cameras already programmed, need help with cabling and installation at my home single story house with tiled roof.
