Looking for someone to inspect and repair two commercial dishwashers at our venue — one in the kitchen and one FOH (front of house). The FOH dishwasher has been becoming increasingly unreliable recently, with major issues over the last couple of days including: * Running only cold water for large parts of the day (sometimes only lukewarm) * Frequently showing its usual “dirty” error code and refusing to start * Having to repeatedly turn it off/on and wait several minutes before it would sometimes start again * Wash cycles occasionally running much longer than normal (around 5 minutes) * Sometimes cancelling mid-cycle and returning to the dirty error code The machine has been thoroughly cleaned multiple times (including bleach wipe-downs and several cleaning cycles), and regular weekly deep cleans are already being done, so it seems like there may be a larger mechanical or heating issue. We also noticed that when the FOH dishwasher stopped working properly, the kitchen dishwasher water temperature dropped significantly as well, and nearby taps were no longer running properly hot water. This may indicate the issue is connected to the hot water system or something shared between both machines. Because the venue has been busy lately, dishes were backing up heavily and we had to rely entirely on the kitchen dishwasher. Looking for someone experienced with commercial dishwasher repairs / hospitality equipment who can inspect both machines ASAP and diagnose the issue. Two small jobs in our Brisbane apartment: 1) Dishwasher support – Our drawer dishwasher tilts forward when fully pulled out. We need something fitted at the back to stop it tilting while still allowing it to be pulled out normally. No appliance repair needed and we have some leftover wooden boards that could be used to help. 2) Floorboard patch – One floorboard has a cut in it from a kitchen renovation. We have leftover floorboards that can be cut to patch the damaged board.
