Apartment in Mary Street Brisbane City Install rangehood / height appears to be 15mm short of the required 650mm from gas cook top

I have a westinghouse built in gas cook top where some of the knobs are missing and some of the igniters keeps clicking. Also the built in gas oven with electric grill malfunctioning. So wanting to replace both units with gas cook top and electric oven. Need some one to install new units and disconnect existing ones. Will need gas fitting for cook top and plan to just plug in electric oven without hard wiring.

Remove existing Smeg Gas Cooktop, and plug / end cap the incoming Gas line. Will be replaced with an induction cooktop and no longer need the gas, hence want it blocked. Two ball valves are off, but line also needs a plug.

New 60cm electrical ceramic cooktop to be installed and old one to be removed.

In need of someone to provide some help with modifying cabinet space and benchtop so we can replace our old oven/cooktop which are no longer working. Electricity has been turned off on both, but we don’t think we can do a straight swap without some modifications first. Will get electrician to hardwire the actual oven after this has been completed. Also not sure of cost, budget is just a guess.
