Hisense dual zone wine fridge, has stopped cooling effectively and sits around 22-25 deg. Not sure if it is a simple fix or a bigger issue. Unsure of exact age but fridge would be at least 5 years old, I don't think too much more than that. If it requires extensive work we will likely not keep it and just get a new one.

New washing machine installation. Old machine still attached because the seal on the tap is busted and don’t want to cause a flood. Need to replace the seal first also need an extension (of at least 1m) to the waste hose on the machine. Then need new machine installed.
