We’ve just moved into a new build and require a plumber to install our new dishwasher

Licensed professional to install a Scandia Fraam Sheer Indoor Convection Wood Heater with hearth, flue kit/extension and connect electrical components (no power point immediately adjacent), work must conform with Adelaide Hills Council regulations, Australian/New Zealand standards (AS/NZS 2918:2018) & manufacturers recommendations. Contractor to view and measure location, provide purchase specs (size/number of flue kits), advice and guidance, I can purchase necessary items from Bunnings - heater, hearth, flue, flashing etc), contractor to install everything to specification. Additional Info - Corner installation (see photo) - roof trusses have been designed to accommodate a flue in that corner. Single storey house (3m ceilings + roof cavity, Highland Tray roof cladding).

I want to install a new electrical connection for washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. There's one existing outlet but need to install a new one underneath the new benchtop.

We run a fleet of automatic coffee machines. Our staff member is away. We simply need someone to attend site and stick a tube or wire down the drain pipe to loosen any debris. Really easy and straight forward job.

I did a clean for a client in goodwood. The house is old, built in 1908. I removed the exhaust fan on top of the cupboards in the kitchen and soaked the fan in water to make it easier to clean for next visit. However did not realise the motor was attached to the blade and has since stopped working. I have attached photos, the homeowners son said there is no visible serial number on the motor/fan. We are unsure where to go from here however I would like to either fix it or replace it entirely.

We are looking for someone with experience to help stack our dryer on top of our washing machine. The space is tight (see photos) but we have measured the dryer and it will fit. We do not have a stacking kit and/or rubber mat. You may also need to create a larger hole in the wood for where the electrical cords and washing machine hoses go - I am unsure if the extra cord for the dryer will fit through. Need a combustion heater Flue kit installed. Needs to go next to where a previous gas heater was based and has access to the ceiling and roof (see images). Have full kit ready to be installed and combustion heater in place. Gap between ceiling and roof line approximately 50cm. Tiled roof but any tile alterations (trimming etc) will be done.
