The grey rubber gasket has come loose, and the outer retaining spring/wire has popped off, so the seal won’t stay in place. The seal itself isn’t torn and the spring clamp is still here — it just needs to be fitted back into the correct groove and tensioned so the door seals properly again. The machine otherwise works fine, we just can’t run it until the seal is secured. Looking for someone experienced with front-load washing machine seals to:     •    Reseat the rubber door gasket into the front groove     •    Reinstall and tension the outer spring clamp     •    Check everything is fitted correctly and watertight Should be a quick job for someone who knows these machines. Just moved my Bosch Classixx Washing Machine out of storage & it shows an error code of E5 . Currently the dryer sits on top of the washing machine. I am thinking that the washing machine may not have been installed properly as there is a silver plate down the side which is supposed to be underneath the washing machine. I need someone who is familiar with this type of washing machine. You also need to be able to lift the dryer off the machine whilst this job is done.
