My Philips Saeco Intelia espresso machine (HD8751/11) stopped working a few months ago and won’t turn on at all—no lights, no sounds, completely dead. I suspect it might be a blown thermal fuse, but I need a professional to diagnose and fix the issue. The machine is in good physical condition otherwise, and I’d love to get it back to brewing!

I have an issue with my ducted air-conditioner unit which will require the ceiling to be cut open in order for the Air Conditioning repairer to access the unit. I will therefore need a gyprocker or someone with equivalent skills to support with this. The area that they have marked out is fairly large, and measures approximately 107 x 80cm. I will need somebody to attend on-site the morning of the repair (date to be confirmed) to assist with cutting open the ceiling for the Air Conditioning repair person to access the unit, and will then need the ceiling patched up afterwards. From what I understand, this also potentially impacts some of the ceiling supports. I’ve included an image of the area that the Air Conditioning repairer has marked out, and also drawn a red line to more clearly indicate it as it’s difficult to see from the photo alone

We have 3 washing machines that need fixing in a gym, two are leaking and one needs the rubber in the barrel relined. We also have one dryer that works but doesn’t blow hot air and one that makes a very noisy sound still works but sometimes stops spinning and needs a push.

The spin function is failing. Spinning is frequently giving the unbalanced alarm. It CAN complete spin parts of a wash but requires constant attention and redistribution of the load and sometimes we just give up. This has been the case for about six weeks and becoming a very frequent issue. The washing machine is about 8 years old. Fisher and Paykel dryer cuts out after 5 mins. Trips the main breaker switch. Tried to turn off all the other appliances including the washing mashine and other appliances such as tv. Still the same.
