Oven does not work, have added photos but cannot find model. I have moved into this unit, and the previous person who lived here I do not think used the oven and there is a build-up of dirt that could also be contributing, which I will clean while it is being repaired. I am unsure why it is not functioning. The stove on top of it works.

My washing machine is trying to start and water is getting in but I think there may be an issue with the pipes as it won’t actually start the cycle. Last week it was saying water inlet issue but then it resolved and I ended up doing multiple cycles with no issue but it’s now doing this again today and I can’t get it started. I would like someone who has experience with front loaders to come and investigate and try and resolve. Hoping it’s just a pipe blockage that needs unblocking and it will be fine.

Google reckons it is likely a 'broken spider arm'. The motor turns the pulley ok, and the belt looks fine and doesn't slip. The inner tub is not moving. The inner tub can be lifted and wiggled around, but it won't spin. It's a Miele 'W1 Classic Eco Plus & Comfort', model WDD030 . I'm happy to send you a video or do a face time call if you need more info.

I require a technician to come and look at my washing machine. It continues to run water even when the cycle reaches the spin stage.

My washing machine is displaying the ‘close the stopcock’ fault and ‘check the drainage system fault’. We have tried the whole turn the water off, tilt the washing machine forward, manually draining and restarting, check that the pump is still working etc, but nothing. The washing machine is a Miele WT2780

I have a Haier 6kg top loader washing machine that has recently started showing the E3 error code relating to unbalanced load, it doesn’t matter what i was in it be it socks or a t-shirt after a few spins it stops working and displays the error with beeping. I’d prefer to get it fixed rather than buy a new one.

Our Fisher & Paykel AeroSense 5kg dryer isn't working properly - it often runs for a few minutes and then turns off. We'd like someone to come and take a look.
