Hi, my Bosch Serie 4 front-load washing machine (EcoSilence Drive) is stuck at 0:45 mins and not progressing through the cycle. It doesn’t spin, rinse, or reset properly from the panel. I’ve already checked the drainage but the issue remains. Looking for someone experienced with Bosch washing machines who can diagnose and fix the problem. It shakes pretty badly when spinning at a high speed, tried to use some pad or make the surface even, but none of them works. Googled a bit says it’s because some screw is loosen inside. It is still working fine just very annoying
