2 small walls in my studio rental apartment have small patches on them of ripped paint. I just need them re patched and painted.

Seeking a painter to repaint a two bedroom apartment (about 65 m2). It was painted prior to purchase without sealing and some cigarette stains/odour are seeping through. The painting would need to include a stain blocking primer (Zinser or similar) and topcoat, and use of quality (Dulux) paints. Will include some prep, cleaning walls (ceiling recently replastered), and door and window frames.

1 bedroom apartment needing painting. This apartment is a 1bdr, 1 bath (plus study), but bedroom only has 1 wall needing painting. - Bedroom 3.3 x 3.1 - study 2.0 x 2.3 - living 4.3 x 3.8 - kitchen 3.8 x 2.4 - bathroom ceiling also (small, havent got exact measurements). Apartment doesn't have much natural light, so ideally a shade of white that will brighten up the place a bit. No damage to unit walls / ceiling, just need a freshen up. I’m looking for a quote to very professionally paint a 1-bedroom empty apartment. Walls are currently off white/cream. I will need the interior walls to be repainted. Ideally I would like them to be painted the same colour they were originally painted which I think might be a lexicon quarter. I'm not exactly sure which colour it is. I have included images of the main living area and the front hallway that need to be repainted. I also would like to plaster or remove the hook pictured in my hallway.

the apartment is not insulated and there are minor gaps between the walls on the ceiling throughout that require sealing to block cockroaches to come through. Require a skillful handyman to do the job - happy to provide the sealant if required. For bigger gaps, I have spare pieces of clothes to insert and fill out.
