Paint common foyer and stairway in apartment building

Paint my small two bedroom, one bathroom apartment (walls, ceilings, windows), which has decorative cornices and the windows will need a sanding, a few other areas will need sanding prior too. Also interested in cost to remove mid wall mouldings. Hoping it can be done in four days!

the apartment is not insulated and there are minor gaps between the walls on the ceiling throughout that require sealing to block cockroaches to come through. Require a skillful handyman to do the job - happy to provide the sealant if required. For bigger gaps, I have spare pieces of clothes to insert and fill out.
