The Lino on my kitchen floor has moved and rippled due to movement of the fridge and a new panty that went in. The Lino is loose and not stuck to the floor. It is in very good condition. Hoping it can be realigned. Getting a bench and cupboard installed soon so I would like to have this fixed first. Would really appreciate some quotes.

Timber Floor Refinishing (Approx. 40 m²) Sanding & Surface Preparation Fully sand timber floors back to bare wood using professional-grade sanding machinery Precision edge sanding and detailed finishing at corners, skirting boards, and transitions Surface preparation including: • Filling minor gaps where required • Smoothing sanding marks and imperfections • Levelling surface to ensure an even base prior to coating 2. Application of Premium Clear Coatings Apply 2–3 coats of high-quality, non-toxic, water-based clear varnish Light sanding between coats (if required) to achieve a smooth, uniform finish Materials can be supplied by me, or you may provide a quote inclusive of all materials and labour 3. Final Protective Seal Apply a final non-toxic protective sealer for enhanced durability and scratch resistance Ensure a consistent, even, high-quality finish across the entire floor area Maintain and highlight the natural timber grain and tone 4. Need 9-10 etherent layed in the ceiling and fed into Media for me to install security cameras. I have marked the 8 camera locations, the doorbell and the NVR location on the attached plan. All are PoE. 8 x cameras came with 8 x 18m cables. However, I am not sure if the 18m cables are long enough for the front 2 cameras and the doorbell. Happy to purchase 3x 30m cables if required. Or open for suggestions.

Location: Redfern Preferred time: Flexible Budget: $180–$220 (for both jobs, negotiable) Details: I have two gaps at home that need to be sealed: 1️⃣ Window frame gap (larger) The gap around the window frame is quite wide and needs proper filling and sealing. Looking for someone who can fill it securely and apply sealant neatly (ideally weatherproof). 2️⃣ Small gap between floor and wall This is a small cosmetic gap. Just need it sealed to prevent dust and make it look cleaner.
