Looking for someone to carry out bathroom demolition works. Scope of works includes: * Remove wall tiles around shower and bathtub area * Remove floor tiles throughout bathroom * Remove existing shower screen * Remove existing bathtub * Remove existing floor screed as required and lower the bathroom floor level sufficiently so that, once new tiles are installed, the finished bathroom floor will be flush with the outside floor level (no step at entry) * Grind and clean surfaces ready for next trades * Remove and dispose of rubbish/waste Please note: * Vanity will be removed by myself prior to works, as it is custom-made and will be reinstalled after renovation is completed. Please note: * Vanity is custom-made and ideally I would like to keep and reinstall it after renovation works are completed. Hello, We are looking for a licensed QLD Electrician to attend our retail store, in Pacific Fair, to diagnose and repair a flickering track light. The Issue: One of the black, cylindrical track spotlights on our main sales floor is constantly flickering. This is disruptive to the store's atmosphere and needs to be resolved. The Job: The task is to find the cause of the flickering, perform the necessary repair, and provide spare parts. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting on the high ceiling track (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Diagnosing the cause of the flickering (e.g., faulty LED unit, failing driver, or a loose connection). 3. Supplying and installing a new, like-for-like replacement track light fitting if the existing one is faulty. 4. Supplying an additional two (2) spare track light fittings of the same model and leaving them with the store team for future use. 5. Testing the repaired light to confirm it is fully operational and no longer flickers. * Light Specification: See attached photo of label Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured QLD Electrician. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a high commercial ceiling. - The contractor must be able to source and supply a total of three (3) specific light fittings (SAL STR9017/15TC/BK) - one for installation and two as spares. This is bit of a left of centre post but I am looking for an experienced and creative woodworker / welder / furniture maker type person to construct for me a custom designed parcel letterbox. The letterbox has a corten steel outer 'shell' and a hardwood timber (or potentially coated plywood) interior 'box', set slightly back from the front of the corten steel shell. The front and back faces of the box need to be hinged and openable for easy access to the letterbox for both us and the postie. The inner box won't have a top (although may need to have a small 'ledge' at each end of the top to allow something to hinge the doors to), so letters can basically drop right into it. I've attached my plan for the letterbox and am looking for someone to help me build it. The pricing I've indicated here is simply a placeholder. If you could provide an idea of timeframe and price to assist, that would be great. I am based in Woodend in the Macedon Ranges, VIC, and would be happy to collect this once built. Please let me know if you have any questions. I've attached an image of an existing letterbox (although this is only corten steel and doesn't use any timber) in the rough style I'm looking to create with this letterbox for your reference. (Note: I am also very open to creative interpretations of my design if you have any practical suggestions that might help improve the build time and cost).
