It’s unclear who the manufacturer is as I can’t see any discerning marks. Hopefully a person skilled in this area will be able to identify the appropriate post and get it installed for us. Looking for a qualified and licensed carpenter (or builder) to replace the galvanized post anchors/stirrups on two different structural timber posts supporting our outdoor roof framework. Scope of Work: Structural Propping: Safely prop/support the roof load while the post bases are being worked on. Removal: Cut out and remove the old, corroded steel post stirrups at the concrete level. Installation: Supply and install two new heavy-duty, hot-dip galvanized post anchors (bolt-down or chemically anchored into the concrete slab). Fixing: Re-secure the existing timber posts to the new anchors. Tiling Patch (Optional): I have a broken tile at the base of one post. If you are able to neatly lay a replacement tile piece around the new base, please let me know (otherwise, I can manage this separately). Requirements: Must be fully licensed and insured for structural timber/carpentry work. Please bring all necessary structural props and tools. Photos of the current setup are attached. Looking for a clean, professional finish.

I’m looking for an experienced carpenter, pergola builder or metal fabricator to design, supply and install a freestanding outdoor structure for a two-seater hanging swing at my home in Avondale Heights. I have already purchased the swing from Homary: https://au.homary.com/item/ropipe-boho-2seater-khaki-woven-rattan-outdoor-patio-swing-sofa-with-white-cushion-45049.html I’m open to either: • A braced timber pergola-style structure • A simple black powder-coated steel structure I have reference images showing the look I’m after. The structure must be properly designed for the weight of the swing, two people and the additional force created by swinging. The swing has a stated weight capacity of 240 kg. The job should include: • Design and supply of the complete structure • Appropriate concrete footings or secure anchoring • Outdoor-treated timber or galvanised and powder-coated steel • Load-rated hanging points and hardware • Installation of the structure and swing Please only respond if you have experience building load-bearing outdoor structures. When making an offer, please include examples of similar work, your relevant qualifications and insurance, your recommended material, and whether your price includes materials, footings, hardware and installation. The budget listed is indicative. I’m happy to consider quotes after an onsite assessment.

I have several jarrah weatherboards requiring re-attachment to house. I also have 2 x window frames requiring repair, and some additional support to be installed for the railing of an old patio. I estimate that this work would take ~3 hours, plus a trip to Bunnings for basic materials (screws, small amount of replacement timber). I’m happy to pay an hourly rate for the right person.
