The existing post has deteriorated and broken down due to water leaking from the gutter. There is also visible rot in the upper timber connection, which might need to be assessed before fitting the replacement post. Please see the attached photos. the new timber post can be provided, measuring 236 cm long × 10 cm × 10 cm. The goal will be: Erect the supplied post using suitable fixings, the upper timber might needs be cut or joint connection replacement to provide a sound fixing point.
