Looking for an experienced installer to wall mount a new 65" LG tv. The TV will be unboxed and completely ready on the floor when you arrive. No unboxing, packaging disposal, or internal cable hiding/routing is required. The cables will just hang down normally. I have already purchased a wide-span TILT wall bracket that spans across two studs. The wall is standard plasterboard over internal METAL studs. I am not sure if the screws provided in the tv mount package are wood screws or are suitable for steel tracking on studs. Since you are the expert, I would need you to tell me the appropriate hardware (heavy-duty metal stud anchors or screws or toggle bolts etc.) to procure. I will get them from Bunnings and return if unused. Pls let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Need a CDC feasibility assessment and concept refinement for a residential project in Ettalong Beach NSW. Project: * Existing concept for a new double-storey coastal style home * White weatherboard cladding with stone/marble features * Single garage * Self-contained granny flat at rear (bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living area) * Covered outdoor entertaining area connecting the main house and granny flat * Pool, decking area and sauna * Approximate block size between 530sqm and 580sqm * Frontage approximately 13m+ What I need: 1. Review my concept and determine whether it can be approved under CDC in NSW. 2. Advise the key constraints including: * Building height * Setbacks * Site coverage * Landscaped area * Granny flat compliance * Pool requirements * Any other CDC restrictions 3. Optimise the concept to maximise internal living space while remaining CDC compliant. 4. Produce: * Site plan * Ground floor concept plan * First floor concept plan * Preliminary dimensions * CDC compliance summary 5. Provide options for both: * Approx. 530sqm block * Approx. 580sqm block Preference: Experience with Central Coast NSW projects, CDC approvals, granny flats and coastal-style homes. Please provide examples of similar projects completed.

Assistance applying a spray-on bed liner to a brand-new painted ute tub. Vehicle Tub is brand new with painted finish. Location: Sydney Olympic Park Undercover garage available, but no spray booth I am also happy to bring the vehicle to you in Sydney if you have a workshop/spray booth. Job required: Coat the floor and inside walls of the tub Scope of work: Lightly scuff/sand all painted tub surfaces with 220 grit. Remove sanding dust. Wipe down with wax & grease remover. Mask all areas that are not to be coated (prevent overspray) Mix liner with hardener correctly (supplied) Spray 2 coats using a Schutz/underbody spray gun. Remove masking and leave the area clean. I will supply: Bed liner kit - solution + hardener Schutz/underbody spray gun Wax & grease remover 220 grit sanding sponges Masking tape You must supply: Air compressor suitable for running the Schutz/Raptor gun Air hose and required fittings/adaptors Experience applying Raptor liner or similar spray-on bed liner products Looking for someone experienced, careful, professional and respectful. Please only respond if you have done this type of work before. Budget: $150 labour - materials are supplied

I am going to purchase 600 x 600 tiles. Photo attached. I need a tiler to quote me for the room. I would say the space is about 40 m² wall and floor. I will provide the tile and the labour and additional materials are required from the tiler. We have demolished most of the wall tiles and removed the bathroom fixtures already and it has left behind an uneven concrete surface. The floor tiles can be tiled over. Demo will be finished soon.

Office Furniture Assembly – Rydalmere Job Overview We require an experienced furniture assembler/handyman to assemble and install a new 4-person workstation and additional office furniture at our office. Location Ground floor office. Date & Time * Working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm * All work must be completed during normal office hours. Scope of Work * Assemble and install one (1) new 4-person workstation supplied as a flat-pack. * Assemble up to four (4) office storage cabinets (sample images provided). * Some workstation components, including the drawer units, have already been assembled as shown in the supplied photos, reducing the overall assembly time. * Once the workstation has been completed, continue assembling as many of the office storage cabinets as possible before 5:00pm. Important Information * The workstation is supplied without assembly instructions. * Similar workstations from the same manufacturer are already installed in our office and can be used as a reference during assembly. * Photos of all furniture have been provided prior to commencement. Requirements * Bring your own tools and any equipment required to complete the work. * Ensure all furniture is assembled correctly, level, secure, and ready for use. * Remove and neatly stack all packaging upon completion. * Take reasonable care to avoid damage to office flooring, walls, and existing furniture. * Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the installation. Completion Please allow the full period from 9:00am to 5:00pm to complete the workstation and assemble as many of the cabinets and bookshelves as possible. It is anticipated that the workstation will not require the full day, and we expect the remaining time to be used productively to complete as much of the additional furniture assembly as possible. I have a floor lamp, the on / off switch is a foot pedal. Since moving the lamp no longer works. I’ve changed the bulb and no luck. Something sounds loose in the foot pedal. Ideally, would like it fixed before replacing.
