Looking for a qualified structural/civil engineer experienced in residential building defects to inspect a section of kitchen floor that appears to have become uneven and caused cracked tiles. House is an older property in Auburn. The house is timber floor on brick piers. A 2023 building inspection identified ground/rising damp in the subfloor and some drainage issues. We have also been told the floor movement could potentially relate to water/moisture from the adjoining bathroom. I would like an on-site inspection to determine the likely cause and advise what specialist/repair is required next. Please inspect the affected kitchen area, adjoining bathroom, relevant accessible subfloor and nearby drainage/foundations as necessary. Looking for an experienced CCTV installer to install approximately 20 Hikvision cameras in an office in Parramatta. I already use the Hikvision / Hik-Connect system at another location, so the new cameras and NVR will need to be set up and connected to my existing Hikvision account. I am happy to purchase the cameras, NVR and hard drives myself, and I would then need someone to complete the full installation, cabling, setup and configuration. I am also open to receiving a quote for the complete job including supply of the Hikvision cameras, NVR, storage and installation if you can provide competitive pricing. The system must be Hikvision and I am looking for very good image quality, preferably 4K / 8MP cameras, with clear visibility. I will need approximately 20 cameras and enough storage for around 2 or 3 months of recording. The job will include installation of the cameras, cabling, connection to the NVR, setup of recording, testing and adding the new system to my existing Hik-Connect account so I can access live view and playback remotely. Location: Parramatta, NSW. Please let me know your experience with Hikvision systems and your price for installation only. If you can also supply the equipment, please send me your complete supply and installation quote as well. Electrical floor plan attached for reference! The office already has data and electrical points throughout the premises. Please review the attached plan when quoting. Looking for someone to help me out in clearing out and help me clean up my storage area. Tasks required: 1. Break down and flatten approximately 30–40 Amazon and shipping boxes in the storage area. 2. Bundle or stack the flattened cardboard securely. 3. When raining it leaks above the window frame and drips onto wooden floor. Can not find leak but thinking that if we can put up Colorbond above window outside, seal it up and put flashing on, it might help. Also have other spots where we would like Colorbond, for a similar look around the whole house.
