Looking for an experienced tiler to complete tiling in my indoor alfresco area. Job Details: * Area: 3.15m × 2.65m (approximately 8.5 square metres) * Tile size: Approximately 200mm × 1200mm * Tiles and grout already supplied. * Existing concrete floor with minor scraping and cleaning required to remove some dried plaster residue. * Simple, straight tile layout is fine. * No drainage outlet in the area. Work Required: * Necessary surface preparation, including minor scraping and cleaning. * Tile laying and cutting. * Grouting and finishing. * Proper tile alignment and levelling. * Cleaning up after completion. Any additional materials, including suitable tile adhesive, and all necessary tools should be included in the quoted price. Budget: $280 for the complete job. Photos attached for reference.
