Looking for someone experienced to demolish and remove an existing kitchen and approximately 17m2 of gyprock ceiling. Kitchen: * Remove base and overhead cabinets * Remove drawers, doors, kickboards and benchtop * Remove associated non-structural fittings Ceiling: * Remove approximately 17m2 of gyprock/plasterboard * IMPORTANT: Existing cornice must stay in place and not be damaged The ceiling is gyprock/plasterboard and was installed approximately 20 years ago. I have no reason to believe it contains asbestos. If you encounter anything unexpected, please stop and let me know before disturbing it. Services: * Gas and plumbing will be disconnected/capped by a licensed plumber before demolition * No hard-wired electrical appliances Disposal: * Remove and dispose of all demolition waste * Local tip is less than 10 minutes away in Alexandria * I will reimburse actual tip fees on presentation of the receipt Please quote for labour, demolition, loading and transport only. Bring your own tools and suitable vehicle. Budget: $500 - please make your best fixed-price offer.

Looking for someone to remove the two existing brick planter walls running along either side of my front path. The tiled/paved pathway in the centre is to remain intact, I’d just like the raised brickwork/planters removed to open up the area and create a clear path. I’ve already removed part of the brickwork at the front (shown in photos), so you can see how it’s constructed. There appears to be some concrete/mortar underneath, so a jackhammer or suitable demolition tools may be required (please provide these). Job includes: * Demolish and remove remaining brick planter walls on both sides * Remove any associated concrete/mortar down to surrounding ground level * Take care not to damage the existing tiled pathway * Remove and dispose of all brick/concrete rubble * Leave the area reasonably clean and level afterwards Easy access from the street/front of property. Budget is just a starting point as I’m unsure of the cost involved, happy to consider offers. Please include removal/disposal of all rubble in your quote.
