A previous contractor has already removed roughly 70–80% of the timber decking and about 70% of the swimming pool. I now need the remaining structure and debris fully cleared so the area is left as a clean, flat surface ready for topsoil, grass and landscaping. What needs to be done: • Remove all remaining timber decking, framing and associated materials • Fully extract all timber and metal posts still set in concrete footings (posts must be completely removed, not cut off) • Remove the concrete stairs (currently timber-clad), including the concrete structure itself • Remove the remaining steel posts still in the ground • Clear and remove all leftover pieces of the dismantled swimming pool • Demolish and remove the garden shed including all contents inside • Dig out / break out all concrete footings and bases so nothing is left protruding above ground level • Full site clean-up – the finished area must be left flat and clear, suitable for topsoil and grass Important: A skip bin will be provided on site. This job is for labour and tools only – no rubbish disposal costs need to be included in your quote. Please confirm you have the necessary tools and equipment for concrete and steel removal. Site is available for inspection before quoting.

All 6 are about 2.2m high, 600cm square, and all rubble to be put into skip, leaving a cleaned up zone. Any day this week or early next week, any time.
