Looking for an experienced painter to refresh the exterior doors, windows and timber frames of my first-floor apartment in Geelong West. The areas requiring painting include: - Front double doors, including both door panels and surrounding frame - Second red entrance door and surrounding frame - Exterior timber window frames, including the large three-panel window and the window beside the double doors - Window sills, trims and surrounding timber - Any other visible painted timber around these areas Preparation is important, as some of the existing paint is peeling, cracking and weathered, particularly around the window sills. The job should include: - Scraping and removing loose or flaking paint - Sanding and preparing all surfaces - Filling minor cracks and imperfections where necessary - Applying suitable exterior primer/undercoat - Two coats of quality exterior paint - Leaving everything clean and tidy I'd like a fresh, modern finish that improves the appearance of the apartment ahead of selling. Please provide a quote for labour and materials, or clearly specify if paint needs to be supplied separately. Photos attached showing all areas. Looking for someone reliable, experienced and able to achieve a neat, long-lasting finish.

I’m after a quote to repair gaps and crumbling mortar on an exterior brick wall at a property in Subiaco. I’m not sure how much work is involved, so I’d like someone to inspect the wall on site and provide a written quote before any work is booked. Please note: the work needs to be approved by the property owners, so I’ll pass the quote on to them first. Work will only go ahead once they’ve approved it. The wall is down the side of the house, and is quite easily accessible. Note: The budget is a placeholder only. The final price will be based on your on-site quote and is subject to owner approval.

See pictures of what our neighbour has for his mower. Please detail your offer and what it includes. Thanks. Basically looking at a simple four post plus roof, covered mini carport for our ride on mower to live under. Dimensions approximately 2 x 3m in the clearing area in the photos. Area may need to be slightly leveled. If there's a way to enclose two or three sides with simple cladding, just to slightly weather proof it, that would be welcomed also.
