I need an RPEQ to prepare the site plan, earthworks plan and retaining wall engineering for a new owner-builder house in the Gladstone Regional Council area. The house plans are already prepared. This task is for the site-specific work around the house pad. Required: - site plan with proposed pad/finished levels - cut/fill and earthworks plan - cut/fill volume estimate - retaining wall layout, sections and cross-sections - retaining wall engineering and Form 15 filled - drainage, backfill, surcharge and erosion/sediment notes - check of boundaries, services and Council infrastructure - comments on Steep Land and Acid Sulfate Soils requirements - advice on likely approval triggers, including whether Operational Works may be required - note on what you can sign and what needs to be handled by the owner, certifier, plumber, surveyor, geotech, Council or local inspector Current concept to review: - new house pad generally as shown on my overlay - stepped/keyed cut from the house pad toward the rear boundary - terraced retaining walls if required - retaining wall along one side of the house pad if required - earthworks/retaining preferably completed before the house is built, if that is the better construction sequence Preferred output: PDF with layers for survey/contours, house footprint, proposed levels, cut/fill, retaining walls, drainage, services and notes. I am seeking an experienced technician, engineer, or electronics hobbyist to design and/or build a custom hand-operated throttle control for a 2024 CFMOTO UForce 600 UTV. Due to mobility issues, I cannot use the factory foot pedal very well. The Technical Challenge: The UTV uses a 6-wire, dual-output Hall Effect sensor. A standard 3-wire conversion will trigger 'Limp Mode.' The system requires: Redundant signals (0.5V–4.5V range). IP67/IP68S rating for farm use. A robust, industrial-grade thumbwheel (e.g., OTTO HTW or APEM TW series). Scope of Work (Flexible): Complete Build: Source components, build a pigtail harness for the factory connector, and ensure ECU integration. Design Only: Provide a detailed schematic and parts list that I can hand to my local auto-electrician. What I Have: I have identified suitable industrial parts. I have a spare factory pedal assembly for connector matching/testing. Who You Are: You must have a background in industrial automation or custom vehicle electronics.
