2 x 100mm depth rebated concrete slabs to be poured with mesh for garden sheds. Side by side. Sizes of sheds: 3.75m x 1.5m & smaller one is 2.25m x 0.78m I want a 50mm wide by 25mm deep perimeter rebate. So the finished internal floor of the slabs need to be 25mm higher than the outside ledge where the shed walls sit, and that ledge needs to extend 50mm out from the internal slab edge. Excavation of soil and laying of the majority of the subbase is already complete. Will need a little more subbase to bring up to correct level before concrete is poured so finished shed sits 25mm higher then house slab. Subbase is approx. 10-20mm short at the moment to allow for levelling and framework before pour. Concrete needs to be levelled appropriately and smoothed out with clean finish before considering job complete. Access with wheelbarrow is possible. Job can be done Sun 13th Sept or Mon 14th Sept. Otherwise can wait until Fri 18th, Sat 19th or Sun 20th Sept.

I need a leak detection specialist to pinpoint the exact problem with a bathroom leak. Note, I’m not looking simply for a plumber, I need someone that has the specialised equipment to pinpoint the exact issue. Plumbers looked at it already and I don’t have conclusive answer. The bottom of the wall right at the skirting board level, and the concrete floor around it into an adjacent room is wet, even after I stopped using the shower for more than 1 week.
