Looking for an experienced painter to refresh the exterior doors, windows and timber frames of my first-floor apartment in Geelong West. The areas requiring painting include: - Front double doors, including both door panels and surrounding frame - Second red entrance door and surrounding frame - Exterior timber window frames, including the large three-panel window and the window beside the double doors - Window sills, trims and surrounding timber - Any other visible painted timber around these areas Preparation is important, as some of the existing paint is peeling, cracking and weathered, particularly around the window sills. The job should include: - Scraping and removing loose or flaking paint - Sanding and preparing all surfaces - Filling minor cracks and imperfections where necessary - Applying suitable exterior primer/undercoat - Two coats of quality exterior paint - Leaving everything clean and tidy I'd like a fresh, modern finish that improves the appearance of the apartment ahead of selling. Please provide a quote for labour and materials, or clearly specify if paint needs to be supplied separately. Photos attached showing all areas. Looking for someone reliable, experienced and able to achieve a neat, long-lasting finish.

i need a toilet seat made that is around 25mm- 35mm thick- timber, resin, 3D i don't mind. i can put 'raiser' stops of approx 10mm under the seat. i have the original (unused ) one as a template. The original one is too thin to meet the requirements for an accessible toilet (must be 460mm from floor). I'm located Brisbane. I don't want to use a disability toilet raiser/ please stop suggesting ugly aidacare ones/ just paid $25k for a bathroom refit and the tiler built the floor up too high. The last pic shows the height- needs to be 460mm from ground. Sorry to the 2 people who contacted me earlier this year- i can't find your details to contact you back.
