Looking for a tiler to replace the bottom row of wall tiles in my shower enclosure (highlighted in blue on the attached photo). Scope of work: * Remove existing bottom row of wall tiles. * Prepare and clean the surface. * Install replacement tiles. * Re-grout as required. * Re-apply silicone to all wall/floor junctions. I will provide the replacement tiles. I’m not a tiler, so I may need some advice regarding the exact quantity of tiles and whether any additional materials are required. Please quote including labour. Let me know if you will supply adhesive, grout and silicone or if you would prefer me to provide them. Ideally looking for someone with tiling experience and photos of similar work. There appears to be some mould and deteriorated silicone behind the existing tiles, so please let me know if you spot any waterproofing issues once the tiles are removed.

Hi all, I am looking for a Registered Building Surveyor (VBA) or an experienced Building Compliance Consultant in Victoria to perform a high-level desktop feasibility check for a proposed Class 1b Rooming House conversion in Blackburn, VIC 3130. I have ALL documents ready to send once the task is assigned, including: - Title Search & Plan of Subdivision (Lot 185 on LP009588) - Transfer Document (1945 Covenant details) - Detailed floorplan The Project: Converting a current 6-bedroom residential home (Class 1a) into an 8-bedroom Rooming House (Class 1b). The plan involves converting the main living room into a bedroom and utilizing an existing detached backyard bungalow as the 8th bedroom. I need to know: Bungalow Status: Is the existing bungalow legally habitable? What are the key NCC/BCA requirements to use it as a Rooming House bedroom if it's currently Class 10a (outbuilding)? Does the travel distance to the main house amenities comply since it has no internal plumbing? Planning & Easement Triggers: Does an 8-bedroom setup trigger a Planning Permit with Whitehorse Council, or can we go straight to a Building Permit? The plan shows a 6-foot drainage easement at the rear boundary – does the bungalow location pose a threat to the application (Regulation 130)? Looking for a registered Structural Engineer in the ACT (must hold current Professional Indemnity Insurance) to issue a Structural Design and Installation Certificate (SDIC) for a minor shop fit-out in Westfield Woden. Project Scope: This is a "take-as-is" tenancy with extremely minimal structural changes. We only need engineering certification for two lightweight additions: · Shopfront Signage: A lightweight signage board (timber/acrylic) fixed to the existing aluminum window frame/glazing structure. · Internal Pelmet/Bulkhead: A standard ceiling bulkhead/pelmet designed to conceal curtain tracks and LED strip lights. What I will provide: I have the complete architectural PDF drawing pack (currently at Services Issue stage with Scentre Group RDM). You will not need to design from scratch, just review the fixing details, specify structural requirements to satisfy Westfield, and issue the SDIC.
