Looking for a motor trimmer to supply and fit new carpet in the front cab of my 2014 Suzuki APV van. The job: - Two-seater van. Carpet is in the front cab only; the cargo area isn't included. - Remove the old, worn carpet and supply and fit new carpet. - I can't find a moulded replacement from Suzuki or aftermarket suppliers, so it will need to be cut and fitted from a roll. - It's a very basic, plain van with a simple floor layout, so a standard black automotive carpet should do the job. - After a clean, hard-wearing finish, nothing fancy. Location: Como, WA. Happy to drop the van at your workshop, or you can come to me if you're mobile. Please quote for supply and install, and let me know: - The type of carpet you'd use - Roughly how long the van would be off the road

I'm in the process of purchasing a property, in Newcastle, and a recent building and pest inspection has identified several defects. I'm looking for an experienced, licensed NSW builder to review the inspection report and photographs and provide an indicative written estimate of the cost of rectifying the major issues. The main issues that i need a quote for : 1. Foundations and subfloor The inspector identified two loose piers requiring repacking and minor timber rot. What would it cost to fix these, and are there any indications of more extensive structural repairs? 2. Drainage issues -What work would be required to prevent surface water entering and ponding beneath house? What would standard drainage improvements cost, and what additional work might be needed if groundwater seepage persists? 3. Garage What is the likely cost of addressing moisture in the below-ground garage/storeroom?What would it cost to make the garage substantially watertight, including excavation and external waterproofing, if required? Is there a cost effective option? what would it cost us? 4. Rear deck Can the rear deck's movement and rotten timbers be repaired, and what would that cost compared with rebuilding the affected sections? 5. Overall cost Can you provide an estimate for essential repairs, with best-case, expected-case and worst-case totals? When responding, please provide: * If you have any prerequisites please let me know. Thank you.
