I am looking for an experienced landscaper or drainage contractor to install an agricultural (AGI) drainage system in my front yard. Scope of works: * Supply and install slotted AGI pipe (100 mm preferred) around the perimeter of the front lawn as shown in the attached photos. * The aim is to collect excess groundwater as the lawn becomes heavily waterlogged after rain. * The AGI pipe should be wrapped in geotextile fabric and surrounded with drainage gravel to prevent clogging. * Create tunnels beneath the exposed aggregate concrete paths/driveway where required so the concrete does not need to be cut or removed. * Connect all AGI pipe runs into a solid PVC stormwater pipe. * Direct all collected water to the existing stormwater pit/drain located beside the driveway (shown in the second photo). * Reinstate garden beds, rocks and lawn neatly after installation. * Ensure the finished drainage allows the front lawn and plants to grow properly without water pooling. All material supplied & installed Requirements: * Experience installing AGI drainage systems. * Own all required equipment (including boring/tunnelling equipment for going under concrete). * Please advise your proposed drainage layout before commencing. * Licensed and insured preferred. * Please provide photos of similar drainage work you have completed. I have attached photos showing the intended drainage path marked in red.

I need a professional locksmith or handyman to supply and install a lockable handle on an internal bedroom door in a share house in Taringa, Brisbane. Looking for a licensed and experienced gas fitter to relocate and reroute a section of residential gas piping. Currently, the gas line runs up the external verandah (as shown in the attached photos). I want this line decommissioned/removed and replaced with a new line running underneath the adjacent cement path to connect the main gas meter directly to the existing internal house piping. Scope of Work: Site Inspection & Disconnection: Safely isolate and disconnect the existing gas supply line running up the verandah. Trenching/Boring: Run the new gas line underneath the existing cement path (approx. 0.5-1.5m) from the meter to the house entry point. Installation: Supply and install appropriate, compliant underground gas piping (e.g., PE or protected copper) and connect it to the existing house framework. Testing & Commissioning: Pressure test the new line for leaks, ensure proper gas pressure, and recommission the system.
