I'm launching Lead Engine by KEO — an all-in-one CRM built for Australian small businesses, sole traders, content creators (and soon agencies). It's $49 + GST a month, and that includes your email and text campaigns, landing pages (microsites), social media posts, whatsapp, telegram, video meetings, studio editor, Facebook/Google ads + more all in one place (most businesses pay for 5–10 separate tools to do this). I am looking for real people to use it and go through a checklist and provide feedback on different sections, as well as any other features they believe would help and why. What you'll do (from home, on your computer): - Sign up with a test code I send you — no card, no cost to you - Work through 15 short, guided tasks — each one explains what you're testing, how to do it and when it's done - Connect your accounts, so we can test connecting and replying to comments — then disconnect them at the end (the last task shows you how) - Click on anything that looks wrong, is confusing or you like, and leave a comment — it's built into the app Who I'm looking for: - You run a small business, side hustle, content creator or you're comfortable using apps and social media - You have at least 3 of any mix of the below accounts you can connect for testing: Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Google Business X Threads TikTok YouTube WhatsApp Telegram Google Ads Meta ads 3 of the above is expected as a minimum for testing, for each additional after that you connect is an extra $5. You are required to make at lease 1 post or message from each of your accounts, ad accounts is not necessary. The content is of your choosing, it can be something you would typically post anyway. - Honest, detailed feedback — "this button didn't make sense because…" is exactly what I want Paid: $150 for the full set of tasks and feedback (about 2–3 hours, done any time within 5 days).

I am wanting a portable bar cart built with a pluming system for a pitcher rinser, sink and ice chest. See pictures for what I am wanting it to look like in the end. Must be able to be fully taken apart and put together in pieces for ease of transport. What price can you achieve this for me? I will provide and purchase the pitcher rinser, sink, ice chest and pump for the plumbing system. But all other materials I will want you to source for the build (all timber, fixings, pluming tubes/connectors) this will of course be added into the cost you quote for the build. Let me know, keen to get this project completed. Thank you 🙏

Hi there, I am starting a small-scale online fashion brand in Sydney and am looking for an experienced freelance pattern maker who can also handle sample machining (cut & sew) from a home studio or small workshop. I am launching with a single "Hero Product": a two-piece set consisting of an oversized raglan-sleeve blouse (with a collar and hidden placket) and a wide-leg palazzo trouser (with an elastic back / flat-front hybrid waistband). The Material: High-quality Smooth Cotton Poplin. What I need: 1. A first pattern creation based on a technical flat sketch and reference images. 2. A first fit-sample/toile to test the volume and fit. 3. Production of a small initial batch of 5 complete sets (all in cotton poplin). Requirements: • Must be located in or around the Sydney area. • Experience with pattern drafting, sizing/grading, and professional garment construction (overlock finishing). • Friendly to startups/small orders. If this sounds like you, please send me a message with a rough estimate for the pattern + first sample, or your hourly rate. I’d love to see some examples of your previous work! Thank you so much!

looking for someone local who can iron men’s business shirts on an occasional basis. The quantities will vary, and I’m happy to drop off and collect from your home in the Aranda, Bruce, Cook, O’Connor, Lyneham or Turner area. Could you please let me know your price per shirt or per basket, your usual turnaround time, and whether you have availability for occasional jobs?

End-of-Lease Bond Clean – 2-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom Unit I’m looking for a cleaner to complete a standard end-of-lease bond clean for a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom. Please note regarding the photos: The photos provided are for reference only to give an indication of the size, layout and general condition of the property. They are not real-time photos, but the property is not trashed or excessively dirty. It requires a standard bond clean rather than a heavy-duty or extreme cleaning job. Areas requiring attention: - Bathroom: General bathroom cleaning, with some calcium and soap scum build-up in the shower due to previous tenants not maintaining it. This area may require some extra attention. - Oven: May need a little extra attention to ensure it is cleaned properly for the end of the lease. - Remaining areas: Standard bond cleaning, including wiping down surfaces, dusting, vacuuming and general cleaning throughout the unit. - Carpets: Steam cleaning required. Overall, the property needs a thorough but standard end-of-lease clean, with a little extra attention on the shower and oven. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to clarify the scope of work before making an offer. Thank you!

Require legal advice from a construction lawyer or retired construction lawyer before formal appointment to prepare legal letter. Would like to know our position. Budget depends on experience and what you can offer as I am not sure what is required. Signed HIA contract with builder. Paid up to lock up stage. Discovered multiple major and structural defects. However the biggest concern is that surveyor and builder are in collusion. 1. Permit was issued stating performance solutions report have been receieved to comply with BAL 12.5. No report exist. Surveyor rubberstamped permit. Council has confirmed no solution report was provided 2. No dts item was not listed on permit. Surveyor did not mandate builder to provide solution report. Issued permit without this. 3. Surveyor advised no photo or notes for the prepour stage and frame stage. Only gave certificate of competition. 4. Frame stage approved in early July. We have photos with medata 2 weeks after approval that frame in some area was not even erected yet. The damaged frame on ceiling and roof that need to be replaced as per engineering report was reused. Since the inspection was not done independently, this means the cannot rely on the prepour and all other things. The whole project is illegal. Value is NIL. Concrete pour most likely isn't even the N25 as per engineer report. Builder refuses to provide delivery docket. This is irrelevant as the prepour stage is compromised. If we go to VCAT and lodge BPC complaint, we understand it takes time. But would like to get some advice what to do from here on. TIA
