NEW OFFICE Level 12, Suite 1201, 370 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Must be completed before Wednesday. Scope: * Terminate and test approx. 20 existing data/network points. * Connect and test 3 TV points. * Install and connect security cameras. * Install and connect radio/intercom system. * Patch, label and test all connections. * Organise and tidy cabling. * Ensure all systems are operational. Major equipment supplied by us. Contractor to supply minor materials required for installation. ⸻ CURRENT OFFICE (MAKE GOOD) Suite 102, Level 1, 233 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Preferred: Friday or Monday. Final deadline: 30 June 2026. Scope: * Remove existing data/network cabling. * Remove redundant electrical/data wiring. * Remove TV cabling and associated connections. * Remove cable trays, trunking and conduits where applicable. * Dispose of removed materials. * Leave office clean and ready for inspection. ⸻ Requirements * Commercial office experience. * Electrician and/or Registered Data Cabler preferred. * Own tools and testing equipment. * Reliable and able to meet deadlines. I need an experienced cabinet maker or skilled handyman to repair a water-damaged bathroom vanity and reinstall drawer runners. The Problem: Water has caused the bottom edge of the internal melamine-faced central particleboard dividers to swell. The blistered material has reduced the horizontal clearance inside the cabinet, causing the drawers to bind and preventing them from sliding smoothly. The Task: Cut away the blistered white melamine on the internal dividers. Shave down the swollen wood core until it is completely flush with the surrounding panel. Fill and seal the exposed area with a waterproof two-part epoxy (e.g., Builders Bog) and sand it perfectly flat. Reinstall the drawer runners. Ensure the drawer box and the timber faceplate are properly aligned and operate smoothly upon completion. Materials & Tools: I have he draw runners. You will need to supply the necessary tools, epoxy wood filler, and any specific mounting screws or timber packers required for the installation.
