Location: Spearwood / Cockburn Area Scope of Work: Supply and install Colorbond wall cladding and sarking for a roughly 15–18 sqm wall area (patio conversion). Tasks Include: Sarking: Install breathable wall wrap (sarking) to the existing timber frame. Window Installation: Install 3 timber windows into the prepared openings (owner supplied). Cavity Battens: Install timber top-hat battens over the sarking to create a thermal break and drainage cavity before the Colorbond is fixed. Cladding: Install Colorbond cladding (Fielders Spanform or equivalent) to the external "skin." Flashings: Full flashing kit required for 7 windows total (head, sill, and jambs) and external corners to ensure the structure is 100% watertight. Compliance: Work must be tidy and weather-tight as this will eventually be part of a Class 1a conversion. Requirements: Must have experience with Colorbond wall cladding and custom flashings. Reliable, clean workmanship. Please provide a total price for labor and materials (excluding windows) or a daily rate. Note: only partial cover. Areas marked in red - not to be clad

There are two railings on a ground floor patio (no climbing necessary). Basically the wood has rotted away. Two railings needs to be repaired, basically the wood under the top rails needs to be replaced in the same pattern as show in the photos. The sizes for both the railing gaps are 72cm by 109cm, and 74cm by 109cm Please send me a quote. Thank you

Rotten timber at the corner of patio roof (fascia/beam end) needs proper repair. Wood is soft and breaking away, and the joint has failed. Looking for someone to: Cut out all rotten timber back to solid wood Replace/rebuild the corner section so it is structurally sound Secure properly (not just bracket over damaged wood) Seal/weatherproof the joint to stop further water ingress Reattach/align gutter edge if required This is not a cosmetic patch job. It needs to be a proper, lasting repair. Access is easy. Photos attached.
