I’m looking for an experienced carpenter or builder to complete an outdoor entertaining area at my home. The patio roof has already been installed. I’m now looking for someone to complete the remaining works and create a finished entertaining space similar to the attached concept image. Scope of works: * Supply and install composite decking over the existing concrete slab * Construct a framed rear feature wall beneath the patio roof * Clad the wall to match the existing weatherboard-style house cladding * Build a simple outdoor kitchen / BBQ area along the rear wall * Supply and install cabinetry suitable for outdoor use * Install benchtop (stone or suitable outdoor alternative) * Allow space for BBQ and outdoor appliances * Complete trims, finishing details and integration with the existing structure * Advise on suitable materials and design options for durability and low maintenance Photos of the existing area and the desired finished look are attached. I’m looking for a clean finish and would prefer someone who has completed similar outdoor entertaining areas previously. Please provide examples of similar work, an indicative timeframe, and whether cabinetry and benchtop installation can be included as part of the project. Happy to explore cabinetry with a different trade if needed.

Termites have eaten away 4 support beams and 1 crossbeam of my patio. The pest company has FINALLY given us the go ahead to replace them. Happy to replace with wood or metal supports. The other side of the patio is held up by the house. We wont be replacing the lattice. It will be removed and disposed of.

Looking for a licenced carpenter/builder to quote & repair an existing rear patio attached to my house. Work required: -Replace several sections of rotten timber. -Remove and dispose of all existing corrugated roofing sheets. -Supply and install new roofing sheets with suntuf solar grey. -Supply and install flashing -Replace old gutter with new full length. Structure is approximately 10m long (estimate). Photos attached showing damaged sections.
