Fabricate and install a timber ramp with bilateral rails and kerbs on the Front porch Fabricate and install a timber ramp at the front access of the home, preferably curved if possible Total length of the ramp to be 3780mm Maximum gradient to be 1:14 and kept constant through the entire length of the ramp Landing to be level with the patio at a width of 1070mm The ramp and landings to be traversable by wheelchair and slip resistant in wet weather Fabricate and install bilateral rails along the length of the ramp The height of the handrails to be 900mm above the finished floor of the ramp and landings The handrails to be constructed and fixed so that there is no obstruction to the passage of the hand along the rail Supply and install bilateral kerb edge along the length of the ramp Top edge of kerb to be 150mm above the finished floor of ramp/landing The height of the kerb edge to be consistent between the landings and the sloped section Professional carpenter required thanks. See attached images and information thanks. Surface must be slip resistant but allow a walking frame to go up and down.
