Hi, I’m looking for a qualified and licensed gas fitter to remove my existing 60cm gas(photo attached)cooktop and install a new 90cm Smeg PV195LCNAU gas-on-glass cooktop.(photo attached plus dimensions) Work required: * Disconnect and remove the existing 60cm gas cooktop. * Enlarge the existing benchtop cutout to accommodate the new 90cm cooktop. * Install the new Smeg cooktop using the standard top-mount installation method. * Connect the existing gas supply to the new cooktop, making any necessary compliant adjustments. * Test for gas leaks and ensure the new cooktop operates safely. * Provide the required gas compliance certificate/documentation. Additional information: * The existing benchtop appears to be laminate. * The new cooktop measures 900mm × 510mm. * Required cutout: approximately 844–848mm × 482–486mm. * The new cooktop will be positioned above the existing built-in oven. * Photos of the current kitchen and the new cooktop installation diagram are attached. I need to get a new not expensive glass cooktop and replace the old one

We have a nice oven. Not exactly sure about the make and model. A couple of years ago, we had a cleaner that unscrewed the door to give it a more thorough clean, but now when the door closes, it seems to not seal up 100% and heat escapes.So we're not really interested in the cleaning oven side of things. I'm more interested in realigning the door and perhaps putting a new seal.

Disconnect oven so i can move it out the way so the cleaner that is booked for monday next week can clean the oven and surrounds properly (it has been left in awful condition and the property manage is not making the previous tenants responsible for an adequate clean) Then i would need it to be reconnected in the next few weeks.

My freezer is not cooling and it's warm inside. But the lower fridge is working ok.

we have a customer with a bottom mount fridge that appears to be producing excessive condensation, we are looking for a fridge repairer to attend and inspect the unit for any faults. the unit is a manual defrost design but should not be the cause for this issue.

Maybe a hydrolic motor issue. There is a low level grinding sound on raising and lowering and gets louder whith each rise and fall through the day.

The chair was working fine until recently, possibly following a power surge or outage. It now gives a brief startup beep but won’t turn on properly. The main control board indicator light stays on, but the remote is completely unresponsive. I’ve opened the control panel and can provide photos of the internal components and wiring. Looking for someone who can: Diagnose the electrical or control board fault. Check the power supply, transformer, wiring and remote connection. Repair the faulty component or recommend a suitable replacement. Ideally, someone with experience repairing massage chairs or similar electrical equipment. Light bulbs seem too tight to loosen, don't want the bulbs to break or the base left on the socket. The washing machine wobbles even in the lowest spin setting.

Looking for a plumber to install the water connection for a Samsung Fridge. Need waterline connected from sink. Fridge is in dining space adjacent to the kitchen in same side of water tap.

Moved house- washing machine hose is not fitting into tap because tap is small. Need someone who can fit it
