My washing machine is not draining water properly. I have already removed and cleaned the front drain pipe, but the issue is still happening, so it may be related to the back waste pipe or another blockage. The machine can still run and wash, but it stops working when it tries to drain the water. Looking for someone experienced to inspect and fix the issue as soon as possible.

Washing machine Hisense HWFM8012 door seal is leaking water

The outlet pipe on my newish washing machine was not tightened securely and came off mid wash. I have not been able to tighten it adequately myself. It just needs tightening. Perhaps a new screw ring (don't know what it is called - see pic).
